1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To qualify:
- The item must be unused and unassembled
- Original packaging with tags required
- No modifications or alterations
- Proof of purchase required
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Used or damaged items
- Missing packaging or accessories
- Final sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Personal care items (opened/used)
- Custom or special-order items
- Digital/downloadable products
3. How to Initiate a Return

- Get Approval: Receive RMA within 1–2 days
- Ship Item: Use trackable shipping
- Refund: Processed after inspection
Important: Returns without RMA may be rejected.
4. Return Shipping Costs
- Customer pays for standard returns
- We cover defective/damaged items
- Use trackable shipping
5. Refund Process
- Inspection: 3–5 days
- Processing: 7–10 days
- Bank delay: 5–10 days
Total time: 16–27 business days
6. Partial Refunds
- Used or incomplete items → partial refund
- 15% restocking fee may apply
- Late returns → store credit possible
7. Exchanges
No direct exchanges. Return the item and place a new order.
8. Damaged or Defective Items
- Report within 48 hours
- Send photos via email
- Replacement or full refund provided
9. Order Cancellations
- Within 12 hours → full refund
- After processing → cannot cancel
10. Large / Freight Items
- Inspect on delivery
- Report damage within 48 hours
- Return shipping may be expensive
- Up to 20% restocking fee
11. Late or Missing Refunds

12. Warranty Claims
Handled separately via the manufacturer's warranty.
